Working within the Leisure Tourism Industry for more than 13 years, over it?s most diverse niches, InGolf®, has developed strong relations with it?s selected Hotelier Partners in Portugal, therefore beeing able to guarantee Best Available Rates* for the panoply of Superlative Hotel Units and Resorts curated over the years.

InGolf® can only guarantee Best Available Rates, when gathered the following criteria:

• Lowest presented Rate must always have identical booking requirements and policies for payment and cancellation, as the ones presented by InGolf®;
• Lowest presented Rate must always clearly indicate identical services, namely for the same Hotel Unit, same Room Category and Typology, as well as same number of Guests and similar IN & OUT booking time frame windows;
• InGolf® can only guarantee Best Available Rates in parity with Best Available Rates provided by it?s Hotelier Partner, not beeing able to be held responsible for 3rd party non affiliate presented Rates;
• Lowest presented Rate must always be publicly viewable and verifiable over the desired Hotel Website.

InGolf® privileges and emphasizes short breaks, as well as medium and long stays, depending from where you are flying from, recommending 3, 5 and 7 night stay Packages, in order to better suit Portugal?s Tourism expectations.

Nevertheless, it?s certainly possible to book shorter stays (1 night only, for ex.) or any other stay which may fullfil your needs. Should you need to book a shorter stay, InGolf® still guarantees the Best Available Rate* provided by our Hotelier Partners.

SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

If not stated otherwise, Package prices include:

• Prices are quoted per person, based on two people sharing a double/twin room;
• Accommodation & Breakfast;
• Assistance on arrival;
• Service Taxes.

All prices are presented in EUR.

If not stated otherwise, Package prices exclude:

• Airfares;
• Lunch and dinners;
• Refreshments;
• Tips and gratuities;
• Personal travel insurance;
• Airport taxes;
• Entertainment not specified in itinerary.

These Rates can be provided on request.

Provided rates may not apply to periods that include holidays such as Christmas, New Year?s Eve or Easter. Please contact us for information on the supplements, which may apply to your specific request.

RESERVATIONS:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is payable within 72 hours of the confirmation of Reservation. The balance owed must be paid 4 weeks prior to departure.

InGolf® reserves the right to cancel any reservations for which the total price has not been paid by the due date.In such cases, any deposit is forfeited.

InGolf® guarantees the price of ground arrangements once full payment has been received.

CANCELLATION AND CURTAILMENT:

In the event of a client cancelling their reservation for any reason, such cancellation must be made in writing and in such instances, cancellation charges will be levied in accordance with the maximum imposable charges:

• From the time of booking up until 4 weeks before departure the deposit is forfeited;
• Should any cancelation take place, InGolf® will charge a ?25 reservation handling fee.

Cancellation within 4 weeks incurs the following penalties:

• 4 weeks prior to departure: 30% of the total price;
• 3 weeks prior to departure: 35% of the total price;
• 2 weeks prior to departure: 50% of the total price;
• Less than 2 weeks prior to departure: 75% of the total price.

These cancellation and curtailment stipulations are in line with the World Tourism and Travel standards.

When Booking, we strongly advise customers to take out insurance against cancellation, curtailment, illness, loss of baggage and default.

InGolf® reserves the right to cancel, alter and amend any Tour itinerary, should it be necessary. We will endeavour to ensure suitable alternatives for golf courses, attractions and accommodation etc., where applicable.

InGolf® and its staff and agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience to any person, their luggage, or other personal property, wherever the same shall occur and whether the same shall arise.

InGolf® acts as an Agent only in producing and operating the tours and arrangements organized and on condition that it shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay and any other irregularity that may be occasioned by any defect in any vehicle, or other form of conveyance, or by error or default of any company or person engaged in conveying client, carrying out the arrangement of the tour or otherwise in connection therewith.

All prices and details listed on this website are subject to confirmation during reservation. InGolf® reserves the right to correct Package details and prices relating to any possibie typographical and/or computer errors which may occur.

All information collected through the reservation forms on this website, telephone or e-mail, is processed by InGolf® ?s electronic database, property of Grupo Cheer Up Travel? (RNAVT 2585). Access to this database is exclusively available for InGolf® staff.

All personal information given to InGolf®, is used only to provide our tourism-related services.

The user may access the data provided during registration by contacting InGolf® by phone (+351 244 825 004) or by e-mailing (dpo@ingolf.pt), and thus proceed to review, update, or delete the aforementioned data.

Customer e-mail addresses may be included in InGolf®?s mailing list to receive our periodical newsletters. Customers may, whenever they so wish, unsubscribe from the newsletter by using the respective options provided by the newsletter, or by contacting InGolf® directly.
